Bhagat Singh is a national hero and role model for his determination and commitment to the nation. Irrespective of ethnic group, language, religion, caste, and other differences, all the heroes have equally contributed to the independence of the nation' Further, he called upon the young managers to be the change agents and said, 'Change should start within like APJ Kalam noted, where there is righteousness in the heart, there is beauty in character, harmony at home, and brings order to the nation and peace to the world.'
