	1.	Appear for CAT Exam Appear for the online Common Admission Test (CAT 2011) being conducted by Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) between October 22 and November 18, 2011. 	2.	Obtain SDMIMD's Application Form Forms can also be obtained directly from the institution by paying cash on site. Click here to Download the PGDM 2012-14 Application Form. Candidates who choose to download the form must send a Demand Draft / Multi City Cheque for Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in favour of The Director, SDM Institute for Management Development payable at Mysore.
