| SDMIMD Students Beat IIM-A, IIM-B & SP Jain in Case Study Competition |
|
Four students, Dhivya Venkatesh, Gaurav Dwivedi, Kushal Bathija and Sowmya.B, won the first prize at IIMA for their presentation on the Nestle Case Study. On their way to the top, they defeated IIM-A, IIM-B and SP Jain Institute of Management. The first prize constitutes certificate and Rs. 60,000/- prize money.
The contest involved presenting a comprehensive Marketing Strategy solution for a chosen product. It was judged by senior executives from Nestle.

Naissance is one of the major events on SDMIMD's calendar and one of the grand year-round festivals organised by the students. Naissance brings together the finest of B-school talent - from students to corporate executives - from all over the country, to vie for victory on an open stage. Naissance 2011 is going to join the Social Media Revolution that has enveloped the world. Social Media covers the entire gamut of interaction mediums online such as blogs, videos, wikis, social networks and the list goes on. The event will be at the institute campus from Jaunuary 6 to 8, 2011.
