Admissions Open : PGDM 2011-13

Admission interview for the PGDM 2011-13 batch will commence on March 10,2011. In the current year, interviews will take place at 10 centers across states. We have added three more centers for the PGDM 2011-13 batch so as to make it convenient for the students to attend the interview.

This year we have received applications from 25 states with highest CAT/XAT percentile of around 99 percentile.

The selection process will comprise of an essay followed by personal interview.

The month of February students from SDM IMD participated in various competitions and won accolades. The team comprising of Arun Kumar, Carl Rodney Fernandes & Debottam Saha of the first year won the second prize for their B-plan at 'ACME 2011’, a National Level Business Plan Contest organized by the Faculty of Management, EBET Group of Institutions, Kangayam, Tamilnadu. At ‘iATROSCAN’, a B-plan contest hosted by Department of Management Studies, Adhiyamaan College, Hosur, the first prize was won by Apoorva M S & Arunkumar S and the second prize was won by the team comprising of Carl Fernandes & Debottam Saha.

Aparna G and Sumasree B. S won the first prize in the HR Event and Anirudh Sonthalia, Vijet Shetty and Manisha Giria continued the winning streak by winning the second prize in the Marketing event at the fest hosted by the Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore. At the fest conducted by BITS Pilani, Goa Campus, Ragunandan V R, Sanjay Somashekar, Praveen Sharma & Pooja Mishra, won the second prize in the marketing event named MAD (Marketing, Advertising & Design).
