Nokia Siemens Network, Global Centre Optimizing the pricing portfolio for telecommunication vendors biding and standardizing them for global use NSN is one of the biggest player in the field of Telecom Equipment manufacturers. 1. Development of new pricing model for CSSC NSN, for optimization of pricing portfolio and standardizing it by implementing it as a pricing register tool in bidding process of CSSC, to enhance the revenue margins and up selling capacity of bids. 2. Data and market analyses, quantitative surveys and focused group discussions were done in finding a scope, need and for development of new pricing model 3. Built and reviewed financial models for the valuation of a private company for tax and financial reporting purposes 4. Executed Gap and SWOT analysis, by identifying the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats 5. Devised marketing strategies by analyzing market opportunities, selecting target markets, developing marketing mix and implementation schedule
