The International Conference on Leadership (ILC 2025) is a prestigious event scheduled to take place on September 19, 2025, under the auspices of the BCIC\u2014SDMIMD<\/strong> Centre for Excellence in Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This conference is a platform for thought leaders worldwide to share innovative ideas and leadership strategies. The event has invited contributions from academicians, management practitioners, consultants, research scholars, and students on various leadership topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papers presented in the ILC 2025 will be published in the \u201cCompendium of Papers\u201d with the ISBN: 978-93-83302-78-9. The ILC 2025 has received significant attention and participation, with delegates presenting on various themes. The discussions during the conference will focus on the challenges, opportunities, and emerging trends related to leadership and technology design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
