It is a distinguished gathering that seeks to shape the future of leadership by fostering dialogue and collaboration among global experts. 2nd<\/sup> International Conference on Leadership (ILC 2024) scheduled for 13th<\/sup>  September 2024, under the aegis of BCIC – SDMIMD Centre for Excellence in Management. It is our honour to include your work in the \u201cCompendium of Papers,\u201d which will bear the ISBN: 978-93-83302-70-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Academicians, management practitioners, consultants, research scholars, and students were invited to contribute their articles and papers on various Leadership topics. Here we are bringing out the edited volume of research articles and papers presented at the said Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ILC2024 has garnered immense attention, witnessing overwhelming participation.
