AISHE is a task force formed in 2010-2011 with constitution representatives from HRD ministry, University Grants Commission, All India Council of Technical Education, Medical Council of India (now superseded by National Medical Commission), National University of Education Planning and Administration, Distance Education Council of India and representatives of many universities.

Task force recommended survey making an annual exercise which was accepted by department of Higher Education in ministry of HRD India.

Unnat Bharath Abhiyan (UBA)

Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is inspired by the vision of transformational change in rural development processes by leveraging knowledge institutions to help build the architecture of an Inclusive India.

Villages adopted under UBA by SDMIMD are as follows –

Ek Bharath Shresht Bharat (EBSB)

Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) program aims to enhance interaction & promote mutual understanding between people of different states/UTs through the concept of state/UT pairing. The states carry out activities to promote a sustained and structured cultural connect in the areas of language learning, culture, traditions, music, tourism, cuisine, sports and sharing of best practices etc.

Atal Community Innovation Centre (ACIC), a new initiative under Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), is directed to encourage the spirit of innovation through solution driven design thinking to serve the society. Clean & Smart Campus Award

AICTE Quality Improvement Schemes (AQIS) - Research Promotion Scheme (RPS)
