About the conference<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corporate world has experienced the unprecedented disruptions, due to covid 19 and Human Resources (HR) has been at the heart of it. Starting from the changes brought in the strategic business decisions to the day-to-day operations, the whole gamut of business operations have been modified to suit the new normal business. While the world today is making an effort to recover and operate in the post-covid era, the role of HR is becoming even more important, to sustain the business excellence by acting as the driving force in keeping the people in organizations engaged, productive and resilient. Worldwide, the organizations today are expecting the HR not only to facilitate in redefining the organizational culture, but also to inculcate the mindset among employees to tune to achieve stability and sustenance.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keeping the above in mind, Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD) is organizing the 10th International Conference on \u201cHR for business Excellence\u201d, on 15-16 December 2022, under the aegis of BCIC (Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce) \u2013 SDMIMD Centre for Management Excellence. The conference aims to address various people-related challenges, in the present business situation.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with the presentations from a number of national and international speakers during the two days of the conference, the conference will provide an opportunity to the participants to share their viewpoints on management issues, through presentations of research articles and experience sharing documents.<\/p><\/p>\n\r\n
