MDP on Design Thinking for Marketing Innovations – July 18, 2022

Introduction

The marketing environment is changing. In this changing world, companies need to develop and adopt innovative approaches to stay competitive. The program focuses on how design thinking can help in identifying, developing, and implementing marketing innovations. The program will be delivered using lectures, videos, case studies, and group work which will enable participants to gain hands-on experience.

Course Objective

The key objectives include:
1) Familiarise the participants with the concept of Design Thinking.
2) Understand the process and challenges in adopting it.
3) Learn the key approaches, methods adopted in design thinking, and it’s use in the Marketing function.

Target Audience

The ideal candidate would be a person who is at the junior level or mid-level associated with the Marketing, Product development, and Design Department of Automobiles, Banking, Retail, or Durable goods companies.
