The workshop on Customer Centricity focused mainly on the ground reality of organizations that thrive on being customer-centric and the various perks associated with it. Starting with the significance of customer-centric business models, Dr. Akshaya Sreenivasan took the students through how different products can have different goals by approaching market conditions that define the centricity window. However, customer-centric products, companies have grown in terms of popularity over the years and much more.

The session had all students interacting and relating to the framework in their daily scenarios. In Addition, the workshop also helped the students get more insights on market research methods by using the software tools. The session concluded with a hands-on activity for the students to work on a hypothetical situation and devise a target market based on the GE-McKinsey Matrix.
