Registration is compulsory for all participants. If a paper has multiple authors, at least one must register. Only the registered author will receive a certificate. Certificates will be issued to all authors of the paper only if each author has completed the registration. If an author submits two papers, both must be registered.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n
