Dear Delegate,

For several years, Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD) has been organizing multiple international conferences every year. Keeping the Covid 19 situation in mind, SDMIMD has planned to organize the first International E-conference on “Adapting to the new business normal- The way ahead”, on 3-4 December 2020. We take great pleasure in bringing out an Edited Volume of Research Papers, presented in the said Conference. This edited compilation includes research papers, contributed by academic scholars and practitioners.

I thank all the paper contributors and participants, who have made this publication, a reality.

I thank all the conference Co-Chairs, Dr. Jayakrishnan, S., Dr. M. Sriram, Dr. B. Venkatraja, Prof. M Minhaj Dr. Srilakshminarayana, G. S. , for their untiring effort in organizing the conference.
