Introduction
The advent of the Internet resulted in availability and access to huge amounts of data and information about the market environment and consumer behavior. It has always been a challenge for marketers to derive clear meaning out of this ‘big’ volume of data. This workshop explores the analytical tools applied to analyze the huge amount of available data for making effective marketing decisions.
Course Objective
- To highlight the significance of marketing management process and the role of analytics in every stage
- To develop knowledge of various types of analytics – descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive, and their role in guiding marketing decisions
