MDP on Conflict resolution at work

Brief Introduction

Conflict is natural to organizations and can never be completely eliminated. To build effective workplaces, conflict may be used as an effective tool positively for managerial success. Comprehensive conflict management should encompass both conflict stimulation and conflict resolution techniques.

Objective(s) of the Program

This program will aim at providing managers with tools for diagnosing and arresting different sources of interpersonal and organizational conflict, while equipping them with negotiation skills and conflict resolution techniques.

Targeted Audience: Entry level and middle and senior level executives in commercial organizations, corporates, various line managers in manufacturing and service- oriented firms, NGOs and educational administrators, hospital administrators and nursing professionals.
