MDP on Team Building and Conflict Management Strategies

Brief Introduction

It is order of the day to develop effective teams for performance excellence and overall organizational upliftment. A team is a group of people organized to work together interdependently and cooperatively to meet the needs of their customers by accomplishing their purpose and goals. Team building is the process of turning a group of individual contributing employees into a cohesive team. This MDP will largely help the participants to learn how to make effective teams which can meaningful contributions to the organizations.

Objective(s) of the Program

  • To provide insights on significance of teamwork for managerial effectiveness,
  • To share approaches for effective team building,
  • To provide hands-on experience on team work through team-based activities,
  • To endeavour to enhance the conceptual understanding of conflict management and
  • To share and discuss the strategies to resolve conflicts for organizational harmony.
