MDP on Team Building and Conflict Management Strategies – August 4, 2022
Introduction
This MDP is designed to provide insights on significance of teamwork for managerial effectiveness, to share approaches for effective team building, to provide hands-on experience on teamwork through team-based activities, to endeavour to enhance the conceptual understanding of conflict management and to share and discuss the strategies to resolve conflicts for organizational harmony.
Course Objective
To learn the art of teamwork among employees and reduce conflicts to attain the desired organizational results.
