SDMIMD has grown from strength to strength in terms of attracting students from all over India, providing them with the theoretical, conceptual management knowledge and giving opportunities to experience the real life scenario in the business arena to match them. We have overcome the difficult placement environment in the Nation and have achieved another milestone of a higher Campus salary offered. Thanks to the stellar support from our regular recruiters along with several new entrants among our Campus recruiters, we could achieve the above.

Several new initiatives have been taken to maintain currency and relevance of the SDMIMD PGDM Programme. We are embarking on an ambitious process to integrate Gen AI with our classroom teaching and evaluation process. This initiative will go a long way in giving individual attention to students as well as greatly enhancing the faculty efficiency. Further, the classroom testing and evaluation being AI enabled, it reduces the aspect of human error. This year, we have further refined our student evaluation process and I am sure that the recruiters have a higher chance of meeting best suitable students as relevant.

We are happy to present one more passing out batch of Gen Z, who will be entering into the corporate world. Graduates from a variety of academic disciplines, including engineering, business, management, and related subjects, make up this batch.

These young would-be managers are ready to meet you on the strength of rigorous academics, beyond classroom learnings and professional competency. We are sure that the value proposition that our graduates bring to the table will be evident to recruiters. The postgraduate program’s curriculum is created to give students a thorough mastery of the subject matter and position them for success in their chosen industries.

The students at SDMIMD are exposed to the corporate world through our various industry exchanges and events hosted at SDMIMD. As part of the international exchange program, a number of students have been to France, Belgium, Portugal, and the United States and returned with invaluable knowledge.

SDMIMD students have always had access to good internship and job opportunities with both well-established companies and start-ups. Alumni from our program have worked in a variety of fields, including strategy, business analytics, operations, marketing, finance, and consulting.
