SDMIMD Partners with CII Mysuru for Symposium on Inspiring Women to Live Fulfilling Lives

SDM Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD) was the Knowledge Partner for the ‘Inspiring Women to Live Fulfilling Lives’ Symposium, organised by CII Mysuru on February 13, 2026, at the Infosys Mysuru campus in partnership with rProcess Outsourcing Services and Infosys Mysuru. The symposium brought together 200+ participants from industry and academia to engage in discussions on women’s well-being and career progression. The programme featured keynote addresses, panel discussions, and expert-led sessions that explored the challenges and opportunities faced by women in balancing professional responsibilities with personal aspirations.

The sessions highlighted practical perspectives on four pillars of well-being: physical, mental, emotional, and financial. The discussions encouraged participants to share experiences and reflect on strategies for building supportive personal and professional environments. The symposium received positive feedback from participants and contributed to advancing conversations on enabling women to pursue fulfilling and balanced lives.
