- Delivered one-day sessions to the Directors and senior employees of Rural Development and Self Employment Training Institutes (RUDSETIs) held at RUDSETI's headquarters in Dharmasthala on 13th September 2025, during their Annual Conference. The day-long discussions revolved around the theme: “Building Resilient Human Capital for Viksit Bharat: Skill, upskill & reskill towards the journey of inclusive growth” with the active participation of 27 Directors and 27 Senior Functionaries representing all 27 RUDSETIs across India.
- Delivered a session on "Is Demography a Dividend or Disaster?: Optimising Human Capital for Sustainable Development?" on August 20, 2025 organised by Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre, University of Mysore in collaboration with the Department of Economics and Cooperation, UoM as a part of a national level Faculty Development Program. The Program was attended by more than 70 Faculty in Economics from the different colleges of India.
- Delivered an invited talk at Parivartana Business, Mysore on 26 July, 2025. The talk was delivered on "Is Demography a dividend or disaster: From Strategic Perspectives of Indian Business". The session was attended by the MBA students and Faculty.
