| Achieving global leadership through service delivery with the customer in mind was the theme of the two-day Conference on Service Strategies for Global Leadership held at SDMIMD on July 23, 24, 2009. The conference, sequel to the Customer Centricity Conclave held last year, was a part of the activities of the CUSTOMMERCE Center for Service Excellence, an initiative of Custommerce, SDMIMD and Servion Global Solutions.
