Mr.Jayakrishnan.S is an Agriculture graduate from Kerala Agricultural University and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). His industry experience is around two years in insurance sector as Sales Manager (Rural) with ICICI Prudential in Bancassurance and Agency channel. He worked with Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT) in National Agriculture Innovation project as Senior Research Fellow for nearly one year. His academic experience is of four years as Assistant Professor – Marketing area with Bhavans Royal Institute of Management, Cochin and SCMS School of Technology and Management, Cochin India. His interest areas include Retail Management, Rural Marketing and Neuromarketing. 
 
He also has done his Postgraduate certificate programme in Advertising and Public Relations from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) and Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode. He completed his  Fellow (Doctoral) Programme in Marketing Management from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, on December 2016.
