Sanjay Srinivasmurthy, Executive MBA (CPBM), M S (Engineering) Sanjay Srinivasmurthy is a serial entrepreneur and a corporate executive with over 26+ years of experience managing growth & operations for corporates. Sanjay is a seasoned business leader, intrapreneur, entrepreneur, and startup eco-system enabler with a proven track record of shaping and executing technology-led businesses and services organizations globally.
Currently, the Founding Partner and Director of Silicon Road Ideation Labs (India), a venture fund and an early-stage Food and RetailTech Accelerator founded in 2018.
Sanjay Srinivasmurthy is also the Founder & Past President of TiE Mysuru Chapter and currently part of the TiE Mysuru Board.
Sanjay Srinivasmurthy is part of the Advisory Panel Member to Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) initiative and is leads the “Beyond Bangalore” initiative for Mysuru. The objective of KDEM is to attract IT/ ITES investments in the state of Karnataka and to create 10 lakh jobs by 2025 across the Beyond Bangalore clusters.
Sanjay is mentor to many early-stage startups and is actively associated with several institutions such as Atal Innovation Mission, Founder Institute, Desh Foundation, GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Jyothy Institute of Technology, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering, SDMIMD School of Business Management with their startup and entrepreneurial initiatives.
Prior to Silicon Road, Sanjay was the India Head, Director and Senior Vice President of Softvision (Software Paradigm Infotech, SPI), a global IT Services & Product company that was acquired by Cognizant Technology in 2018. Softvision a “Digital Only” company was the provider of custom software solutions to Retailers worldwide.
Sanjay’s first entrepreneurial journey started when he founded a product engineering and design manufacturing unit in Mysuru in 2005, which catered to many marquee customers such as Meritor, AAL, Ashok Leyland and other Tier I OEMs. Sanjay also spent 14+ years in the US & EMEA building world-class IT products & solutions and consulted for well-known multi-national organizations, such as:
