An MBA or relevant Post Graduate degree with a First Class is essential, Ph.D. qualification is desirable. Applicants who have submitted or registered for a Ph.D. will be given due credit. Candidates with experience in institutional accreditation processes, institution building activities including admissions/ placements are highly valued and will have additional weightage.
