Food Carnival 2014

SDMIMD is known for its varied activities. The Student Mess Committee responsible for managing and operation of SDMIMD Mess organised Food Carnival on Monday, January 20, 2014. There were 13 food stalls in total where dishes from almost all the States of India were on sale. The food stalls were judged by the chief guest Mr. Sharma, Ms. Achala Simha & Mr. Prithiv, members of the student mess committee. The marketing of stall, product presentation, process management, team work and ofcourse the taste of the product were the key criteria in evaluating the food stall. Kerala Kitchens emerged as winners of the food carnival 2014. Bong Connections stood second and third place was secured by Anokha.
