Second International Conference on Leadership: Sustainable and Inclusive Progress in Creating Organizational Excellence
On September 13, 2024, the Second International Conference on Leadership was held at the Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD), Mysore, focusing on leadership’s role in fostering sustainable and inclusive progress to achieve organizational excellence. The event, chaired by Dr. Mamta Hegde, brought together industry leaders, academics, and practitioners to discuss leadership strategies in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.

Mr. Sampatkumar Aratti, Vice President & Head of HR for APAC and Chief People Officer at Lapp Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, Singapore, delivered the keynote address. The conference concluded with a valedictory address by Ms. Savitha Mallappa, Director and Co-Founder of rProcess Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd., Mysore. Ms. Mallappa spoke on the significance of nurturing leadership at all levels to promote sustainable organizational progress and the importance of continuous learning in leadership roles. Following her address, participants were awarded certificates, marking the close of a highly engaging and impactful event.
