‘Impact of COVID19 on jobs and placements and how to emerge successful’ was the topic for online panel discussion organized on June 6, 2020 for the PGDM 2019-2021 Batch. Alumni members of SDMIMD’s PGDM program Ms. Hamsini Ramamurthy, Zonal HR Manager, Aditya Birla Group (Cement Business); Ms. Deepti Rao, Associate Director (Compensation & Benefits), IQVIA; and, Mr. Sandesh Murchy, Lead-HR, Oracle; were the panel members. The panellists gave valuable insights into the expected growth of different industry sectors and inputs to the students on how they can prepare for the Post-COVID world.
