Dr. Mousumi Sengupta and Dr. Nilanjan Sengupta have been invited as speakers in the HR Meet 2014 in Kathmandu, Nepal. As a Key Note Speaker, Dr. Mousumi delivered a lecture on ‘Emerging Trends in HRM’. Dr. Nilanjan addressed the gathering on the topic “Strategic Dimensions of HRM’. Both the lectures have been highly appreciated and well-acclaimed by the participants of the Meet. Dr. Nilanjan and Dr. Mousumi also took part in the Panel discussion on ‘Workforce Diversity’ during the event. The Meet was held on 21 March, 2014 with participation from more than 200 human resource professionals from financial institutions, non-government organisations, international non-government organisations, government organisations and corporate houses.
