Dr. Mamta Hegde has completed her post-graduation from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalay, Indore.

Doctor of Philosophy in Corporate Leadership from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.She is an alumnus of Indian Institute of management, Indore.

Dr. Mamta Hegde has a considerable years of experience in corporate and Fourteen years of academic experience. She has worked with various prestigious management institutes.

She has conducted webinars for various National and international universities on self branding and pedagogical research. She has published research papers in national and international journals.

She has participated in Republic Day parade at Rajpath, New Delhi and awarded as Best NSS volunteer of Karnataka University, Dharawad.

Dr. Sunil M.V. is a faculty member specializing in Systems and General Management, and the former Head of Academic Administration at SDM Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD). Dr Sunil has a rich academic and professional background, encompassing a diverse range of roles and accomplishments.
 
With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Sunil M.V. began his journey at SDMIMD as a Librarian, serving in this capacity for a remarkable 18 years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and structuring the SDMIMD Library, laying the foundation for a robust knowledge resource. For over a decade, he served as the coordinator for SDM RCMS, the Research Center at SDMIMD, overseeing the administration of the PhD program and fostering a culture of research and publication.
 
Dr. Sunil's areas of specialization and teaching include Information Systems, Technology Adoption, Information Management, and Research Methodology. He has also designed courses with a focus on Social Relevance, showcasing his dedication to holistic education.
 
Dr. Sunil holds a Ph.D. in the realm of Open-Source Software adoption in Library Automation, a testament to his deep understanding of technology integration in academic settings. Furthermore, he possesses a Master’s degree in both Library and Information Science, as well as Sociology, demonstrating his interdisciplinary approach to education. Dr. Sunil is a Certified American Association and IIM Bangalore Fellow, showcasing his commitment to professional development and excellence.
 
Dr. Sunil's intellectual contributions extend beyond the classroom. He has authored papers featured in reputable journals, conferences, and book chapters, further enriching academic discourse. Moreover, he has penned two insightful books, showcasing his ability to translate complex ideas into accessible knowledge.
 
His commitment to democratizing education is evident through his contributions to distance learning. He has crafted course materials for GoI's ePG Pathshala, emphasizing his dedication to making quality education accessible to all. Beyond academia, Dr. Sunil serves as a sought-after consultant for technology adoption in information services. His expertise benefits academic institutions, universities, and organizations, providing them with valuable insights to enhance their technological infrastructure.

He has done his Masters in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He has completed PhD in Industrial Engineering from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai in the area of Lean manufacturing. He has successfully completed Postgraduate certificate in Project Management from Indira Gandhi Open University. He has attended various workshops on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, Additive and Smart Manufacturing organized by NIT, Trichy, Operations research conducted by Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, Statistical analysis by Vellore Business School and Information Storage and Management conducted by EMC Data Storage Systems, Bangalore.

He is a fellow of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode in the area of Information Technology and Systems Management. His thesis is about development and implementation of a new and better method for multi-criteria decision making. Prior to this, he holds a Master’s degree in computer application from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University Bhopal and Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from Devi Ahilya University Indore. Before joining doctoral program at IIM Kozhikode, he worked as academic associate at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and as a Lecturer at SGSITS Indore. During his doctoral program, he also worked for 16 months as Assistant Professor at T A Pai Management Institute Manipal (an AACSB accredited institution). He (with Krishnadas N. and Supriya N.) won WIPRO earthian award (college category) in the year 2011-12 by proposing the idea of green computer center. He was also selected for and attended prestigious Decision Science Institute’s doctoral consortium in the year 2013.

Kannadas is a commerce graduate from MES College, Bangalore. He did his post-graduation in management from Visveswaraya Technological University, specialising in finance. He has 14 years of PG teaching experience and 8 years of research experience. He has done his M.Phil. and Ph.D. in the area of management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. His doctoral thesis was in the area of behavioural corporate finance, with special reference to Indian corporates. He has presented his research papers at national and international conferences and he has written many articles and research papers in peer-reviewed journals, including ABDC listed and SCOPUS-indexed journals, in the areas of behavioural finance and commodity markets. He has also attended training programmes at leading management schools like IIM Kozhikode,IIM Kolkata and IISc, Bangalore. He has trained senior and middle-level executives of companies such as Wurth Elektronik Group in the areas of corporate finance and cost management. His special areas of teaching and research are Behavioural Finance, Corporate Taxation and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Dr. L. Gandhi has earned his PhD from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. His PhD is in Emotional Intelligence and Quality of Work-life. With an M.Phil. degree in Management, he is also qualified in UGC-NET in Management.  Also, he holds an MBA Degree in HR Specialization and an M.A. in Cooperative Management. He is a Gold Medallist in his PG Degree. 
 
He has 20 years of PG- Management teaching experience with B-Schools including ICFAI. He has written over 35 research papers and published in peer-reviewed journals including ABDC and SCOPUS-listed journals. He has authored a book “Performance Measurement and Reward Systems” for ICFAI University.
 
Besides, he presented papers at conferences which included the Academy of HRD, USA, PAN-IIM World Management Conference, and IIM Bodh Gaya’s International Research Conference. He has also attended Faculty Development Workshops in leading Management Institutes like IIM Calcutta, IIM Kozhikode, and IIM Trichy. As part of the Faculty Exchange Programme (FEP), he also teaches at the British University in Dubai (BUiD), Dubai. Dr. Gandhi received the Best Professor in HRM Award from the World HRD Congress, Mumbai.
 
As a resource person, handled sessions in MDPs, FDPs, and Student Development Workshops and was a part of consulting assignments in HR areas. To date, conducted training sessions for over 3500 Medical, IT professionals, and government officials which emphasized Personality Development, Leadership, Motivation, Team Building, Emotional Intelligence, and Six thinking hats. He is also a professional member of NIPM, NHRD, and an HR/IR panel member of CII Mysuru.

Rajendra Todalbagi has done his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, Dharwad and secured Gold Medal as University topper. Further, he has done his PG Diploma in Materials Management. He has also completed his Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has twenty-nine years of industry experience with managerial & leadership roles and has served reputed organizations like Bharat Electronics, DCM-Toyota, Wipro Infotech and Sony India. He has played a key role in setting up and establishing Sony India Software Centre from ground up and led for growth as Division Head. He was also instrumental in setting and scaling up a US based start-up Digital Juice Animations Pvt Ltd, as President & COO. 

He has moved to academia and business consulting since last five years. He has also taught at Symbiosis Bangalore, Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Harihar & Pune, and St. Josephs’ Institute of Management, Bangalore as a visiting faculty before starting his career with SDMIMD.
 
He is an assessor for CII-Exim Bank Business Excellence Award , certified by CII-Institute of Quality and serves as a member of the panel for award assessment. The CII-Exim Bank Business Excellence Award is modelled on European Quality Award instituted by European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). He is also a member of  the Manufacturing & Technology Panel, CII Mysore. He is a Charter Member ,TiE - Mysore chapter.

A commerce graduate completed MBA from Bharathiar University specialising in Finance and Marketing. He has done his M.Phil and Ph D from Alagappa University, Karaikudi. He is also Fellow Member of ‘The Institute of Cost Accountants of India’,Kolkata. He has twenty three years of PG teaching including 5 years of research experience.  His doctoral thesis was in the area of corporate finance with special reference to stock splits in India. He has written many articles and research papers in peer reviewed journals including ABDC and SCOPUS in the areas of corporate finance and financial markets.  He has also attended training programmes in leading management schools like IIMK, IIM Calcutta, TAPMI, Institute of Management, Nirma University and ABV-IIITM, Gwalior. .He has trained Senior and Middle level executives of companies such as LIC, LMW, JK Tyres, Automotive Axles, Vinayas Technologies, Skanray Technologies in the area of corporate finance and cost management. He has also handled special sessions for visiting students of British University in Dubai, Shangai University, China.
