Post Graduate Program in Management offered by Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development is a One-Year rigorous, demanding and relevant program for aspirants looking for career growth. 
 
The Program is aimed at freshers, working executives and entrepreneurs who have not had a formal exposure to contemporary managerial tools and techniques by way of formal in-class interaction. Apart from filling this gap, it also equips managers for assuming higher responsibilities and enables them to perform more efficiently and effectively in the context of the changed domestic and international business environment. 
 

Workshop on MORO by Dr. Fabrice Galia

Dr. Fabrice Galia conducted a Workshop on Management of Responsible Organizations (MORO) for the II year students on December 21 & 22, 2017. The workshop demonstrated the strategies, innovation and kind of management. Dr. Galia spoke about how to be acquainted with, to understand and to be capable of explaining the behaviour of individuals and groups within an organization and also on how to understand the principal dimensions of the analysis of the organization.

PM Shri. Narendra Modi visits Dharmasthala
Visit of Shri. Narendra Modi, Honorable Prime Minister of India, to Shri Kshethra Dharmasthala the Trust Office of SDMIMD and the meeting with the Chairman of SDMIMD Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade. 
 
Shri. Modi distributed the 'RuPay' card to the beneficiary of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) the Micro-Finance Project, to begin cashless digital transactions.

International Student Exchange Program 2017

Pursuant to the international exchange agreements with overseas universities, students from PGDM 2017-19 Batch of SDMIMD will be going abroad to spend a term there.
 
  • Mayur G. Raj, Yogitha Bhat, Riju Mittal and Chandana S, will be attending the program at Mays School of Business, Texas A&M University, USA. 
  • Kaveramma K.U., Swathi Prasad, Vivek Aradhya S.U., and Varsha Bheemaiah, are attending University of Bordeaux, France.
  • Anisha Ronita Raj, Navaneeth Ballal N,  Nayantara Dorothy D'Souza  & Nitin E will be attending one-term program at University of Pau, France.
  • Ramkrishna Patil, Samiksha Patel & Monisha K M will be attending the debut exchange program at Heilbronn University, Germany.

Online Blended Learning - BLCPM

The formal launch of the Blended Learning Certificate Program in Management (BLCPM) designed by SDMIMD in association with TCS iON, was carried out at the TCS Banyan Park complex in Mumbai on November 7, 2017. Shri. Venguswamy Ramaswamy, Global Head of TCS iON, Shri. D. Surendra Kumar, Vice President , Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Educational (SDME) Trust, Dr. N R Parasuraman, Director SDMIMD, Shri. Venkat Rap Mallineni, Head of iON Education TCS and Prof. Mohamed Minhaj, Associate Professor, Systems SDMIMD were present.

Set of highly relevant management courses is offered as Blended Learning Certificate Program in Management (BLCPM), which involves online learning from the TCS iON platform as well as Pre and Post Workshops to be held at the Institute.
